To Guarantee the reservation we need to Charge for 1st night's payment in full (including all the agencies bookings). The balance will be payable upon arrival.
Cancellation:
- We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy prior to arrival.
- An administration fee of £15 is payable to cover cancellation costs.
- In case of 'no show' the first night will be charged in full.
- Changes to original bookings can only be made subject to availability.
