What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to cancel a confirmed reservation. Cancellation is subject to a £15 administration fee. If the cancellation is made with less than 48 hours remaining prior to arrival or a ‘no-show’ you will be charged for a full night’s accommodation.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Please contact us quoting your reference number. All cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.
How do I amend my reservation BEFORE I check in?
If your travel plans have changed and you need to amend your booking immediately, please contact us quoting your booking reference number. Any amendments will be subject to a £15 administration fee. All amendments are subject to availability.
How do I amend my reservation AFTER I have checked-in?
If your travel plans have changed and you need to reduce or extend your stay, we will need a minimum of 24 hours notice. All extensions are subject to availability.
