What is the check-in time?
Your room will be freshly made and ready for you to occupy from 2pm on the day you are due to arrive.
You are most welcome to check-in early, in which case we provide a complimentary luggage care* facility.
If you will be checking-in after midnight, please let us know in advance in order to make appropriate arrangements.
When do I need to vacate the room on my departure date?
We request that all guests vacate their rooms by 10:30 am on the day of departure. We provide a complimentary left luggage* facility on the day of departure. All luggage needs to be collected before mid-night.
Should you wish to check-in before 7 am, please let us know in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
Is reception open 24 hours?
Reception closes at midnight and opens again at 7:00am in the morning. However, there is always someone on site to deal with emergencies.
* Kindly note that luggage left is at the owner's risk. Hotel Management will not be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred.
