How can I reserve a room?
The best way to ensure that you receive our lowest rates is to book directly with us online through our website. To make a reservation, simply visit our website and follow the instructions. You may also make a reservation by telephone, fax, e-mail or in person.
To guarantee your reservation you will be charged upfront for the first night. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
I have made an online booking but have not received e-mail confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your e-mail inbox and spam (junk) folder thoroughly. If you are unable to find the confirmation e-mail please contact us.
What is the check-in time?
Your room will be freshly made and ready for you to occupy from 2pm on the day you are due to arrive.
You are most welcome to check-in early, in which case we provide a complimentary luggage care* facility.
If you will be checking-in after midnight, please let us know in advance in order to make appropriate arrangements.
* Kindly note that luggage left is at the owner's risk. Hotel Management will not be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred.
