What facilities are I expect in my room?
A comfortable bed
En-suite or Ex-suite shower and toilet and pedestal
Complimentary toiletries (including soap, shampoo, shower gel and towel)
Flat screen LCD TV with free view

Complimentary tea and coffee hospitality tray
Hairdryer
We provide iron and ironing board upon request
All rooms are centrally heated and for the warmer summer months, have ceiling or wall mounted fans

We do not have air conditioning in any rooms. All our rooms have ceiling or wall mounted fans
Does the hotel provide travel adapters?
All rooms have special bespoke sockets, compatible with UK, European and US standard plugs (only in sheriff Inn and Olympic Victoria)
Which television channels are available?
All our rooms have flat screen LDC TVs with freeview. For a detailed list of freeview channels please see http://www.freeview.co.uk/Channels
Is there wireless internet in the room?
No, WI-Fi is available in communal area only.
Are there any computers in the hotel for public use?
We do not have separate computers for public use. There are, however, a few internet cafés in the vicinity of the hotel (please ask for details).
Is there a Lift?
No, not yet but as part of our refurbishment we are planning to install one in Grapevine and Olympic Victoria. If you have any special requirements please let us know in advance so we can allocate you a room on one of the lower floors.
