Terms and Conditions
This policy is final and includes all agency bookings.
Bookings:
- Please note that we do not accept one night bookings for any room type on weekends (Friday and Saturday) and on certain dates
- Early/Late check-in by prior arrangement only.
- All bookings made via this website are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We will endeavour to provide a confirmation within 24 hours of receiving a booking.
- After confirmation the 1st night's payment will be taken in full. The balance will be payable upon arrival.
- Money paid upon confirmation is final and non-refundable subject to cancellation policy below.
- We reserve the right to charge you for unreturned items and any damage to hotel property.
- Please do not keep valuables in your room; you may keep them in the reception for safe keeping.
- Please read and familiarise yourself with the fire instructions in the room
Cancellation:
- Any changes to a confirmed booking will be subject to an administration fee of £15 and subject to availability.
- If you cancel with in 48 hours notice or if you do not show, we will charge you the first night’s stay in full.
- Changes to original bookings can only be made subject to availability with no administration fee.
Smoking:
We operate a strict No-Smoking policy. It is an offence to smoke or knowingly permit smoking within hotel premises. This includes all public areas and bedrooms. If any evidence of smoking is found in your room upon your departure, the full cost of one night’s accommodation will be charged to your credit/debit card for additional room refreshment.
