Please Note: Upon reservation we need details of your credit card - your name as it appears on the card, the card number, expiry date and issue number or commencement date ( if switch, Solo etc). We need 48hrs notice for cancellations. In case of no show or absence of 48hrs notice we will charge for the first night's stay in full. Rooms are not on approval basis. Any cancellation subsequent to reservation will incur a small admin fee of £15. Group bookings: 50% non-refundable deposit upon reservation, the balance payable on arrival.
