Terms and Conditions

Bookings:

• All bookings made via this website are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We will endeavour to provide a confirmation within 24 hours of receiving a booking.
• After confirmation the 1st night's payment will be taken in full. The balance will be payable upon arrival.
• Long-term bookings require at least one week's advance notice.
• Group bookings are chargeable - 50% of the total stay is payable upon confirmation and the balance upon arrival.
• Money paid upon confirmation is final and non-refundable subject to cancellation policy below.

Cancellation:

• We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy prior to arrival.
• An administration fee of £15 is payable to cover cancellation costs.
• In case of 'no show' the first night will be charged in full.
• Changes to original bookings can only be made subject to availability.
