Reservations/Cancellations
- Upon reservation we need details of your credit
card:
- Your name as it appears on the card.
- The card number.
- Expiry date.
- Issue number or commencement date ( if switch, Solo etc). - We need 48 hrs notice for cancellations.
- An administration fee of £15 is payable to cover cancellation costs
- In case of no show or absence of 48hrs notice we will charge for the first night's stay in full.
- The room is not on approval basis.
- Group bookings: 50% non-refundable deposit upon reservation, the balance payable on arrival.
